VEQ helps newcomers settle into life in the Greater Québec City region. We connect you with resources, support services, and a welcoming English-speaking community.

Out & About
This program offers free transportation for English-speaking seniors to attend community activities and outings, helping them stay active, socialize, and build connections.
Funded by the Jeffery Hale Foundation.
Enhancing Regional Community Capacity (ERCC)
ERCC strengthens VEQ’s presence in the Northern Perimeter, expands services, and fosters partnerships to bring activities and events directly to community members. VEQ opened a satellite office in Shannon in 2020, along with a vibrant community space.

Employment Strategy
This project develops access to employment support services for English-speaking job seekers and builds partnerships with local employment providers to increase opportunities.
