The Out & About program gives English-speaking seniors free transportation to community activities and outings while providing a chance to socialize and connect with others. Activities include shopping trips, tea afternoons, visits to l’Île d’Orléans, city excursions, and more.
Thanks to VEQ, the VEQ Foundation, and the Jeffery Hale Foundation, this initiative helps seniors maintain independence, reduce social isolation, and participate in community life.
- Transportation is free for all seniors in the community.
- Some activities may have additional costs.
