With a mix of information sessions, social activities, and programs for physical and mental well-being, this program is designed to help you thrive in the community you call home.

Lifelong Learning Quebec (LLL)

LLL offers opportunities for learning and connection for mature learners, with a focus on idea exchange, peer learning, and inclusive participation. If you enjoy lively discussions and meeting new people, we’d love to have you join!

Programs include:

  • Discussion groups and workshops on literature, art, history, multicultural topics, food, and computer skills
  • Opportunities to connect with peers and explore new ideas

LLL is a collaborative effort of several community organizations and individuals.

Jeffery Hale Community Services in English offers programs to support the health and well-being of English-speaking seniors and their caregivers.

Services include:

  • Day Centre and community support – social activities and care in the community
  • Residential facilities and housing – long-term care and assisted living
  • Living at home – in-home support to help seniors stay independent
