Join VEQ, in partnership with the Municipality of Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier will offer a unique workshop that will have us collectively learning how to decorate with icing tips.  Hosted by Cora Ethier, we will discover various dessert decorating techniques  in preparation for the upcoming holiday season.
