Ste-Foy) \n \nAlmost everyone experiences it occasionally. Some have recurrent bouts. The Quebec Gastrointestinal Society estimate that between 15 to 20% of the population has persistent ongoing chronic constipation. This health promotion session takes a closer look at the journey through our digestive system from top to bottom (mouth to anus). It will focus on the nearly 26 feet long intestines (bowel)\, nearly six times the length of the body. Join us to explore this fascinating organ and its importance to your physical and psychological well-being. \n  \nThis activity is FREE and so is parking in the Jeffery Hale Hospital parking lot.
