SUMMARY:Living Live to the Full Course
DESCRIPTION:Living Life to the Full is a fun and interactive 4-week mental health promotion course given in English by the Association canadienne pour la santé mentale filiale de Québec.  The course uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help people understand their feelings\, thoughts and behaviours\, and what to do about them.  The course is for anyone dealing with stress\, anxiety or just needing help in dealing with life’s challenges. \nEach two and a half hour session focuses on a different topic\, such as the following: \n\nUnderstanding unhelpful thoughts\nEngaging in enjoyable activities\nCoping with anger\nSolving daunting problems\n\nLiving Life to the Full is intended for all ages. \nThe Wellness Centre will provide free refreshments. \nYou must register for this course because places are limited to a maximum of 15 participants.  We request that you commit to attending the course from beginning to end. \nRegister here. \nQuestions? \nFor more information about the Living Life to the Full course\, please contact Verity\, WE Mind Mental Health Program Coordinator\, by email or phone at 418-684-5333\, ext. 11932. \nThanks to the CHSSN for funding this activity.
