This week, VEQ is offering free transportation to the Jeffery Hale Partners’ Wellness Caf\u00e9. Join us for Nourish Your Bones, a delicious and practical conference led by In\u00e8s Auclair-Mangliar, RD. Discover simple nutrition strategies, enjoy a tasting experience, and leave with ideas you can put into practice right away \u2014 for yourself or for someone you care for.<\/span><\/p>\n

We can pick you up by bus at your place, or you can meet the group at the Jeffery Hale Pavilion (1270 chemin Ste-Foy, free parking).<\/span><\/p>\n
